Theresa Stevenson  is a real estate agent who knows the lay of local land! As a fourth generation Oregonian, born and raised in Tigard, she grew up not only watching this area develop, but with a rich understanding of its history dating back to the mid-1800’s.

Through her ten years as a 4-H member, a student at Oregon State University and member of Pi Beta Phi, Theresa has created her own history in the place she has always called home. Eager to put her college major in Business Administration and her minor in Home Economics to use, she and her sister opened Willowbrook Restaurant in Tigard in 1980. For eight years they served the community as a full-service restaurant, bakery and caterer. After selling the restaurant, Theresa went into real estate with Lutz Snyder Company in Tualatin using her knowledge and love of the area to create a new career.

Because real estate had never ceased to be an area of interest for Theresa, it was natural for her to return to it when her children got older.
